Purchased at Target on sale for $9.99. First time to try a meal-to-go. Selected the Carne Asada Tacos because the packaging looked appealing and was curious of freshness of the ingredients. When I opened the box my first thought was the steak was of small proportion compared to the peppers and onions. But once I completed the meal it was more than enough. It was easy to prepare, quality of product was great, and the taste was delicious. The only thing I tweaked was adding one teaspoon of turbano sugar when caramelizing the onion and pepper, and added extra lime. I served with black beans and saffron rice. It was perfect. After thoughts, I thought the price was a little high and it was only the main course without sides. But once we weighed the pros and cons, our conclusion was if we had purchased everything separately it would have been about the same. And most likely would have thrown away some things that we don’t always use before it goes bad, such as cilantro and crema. Definitely will purchase again.
